General conditions

Rooms:
in our rooms is smoking not allowed.

Arrival and departure:
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, and have to be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of late arrive (after 7.00 pm), please advise.

Dinner:
No reductions are granted for food not consumed.

Method of payment:
We accept cash (until Euro 1.999,99) and credit cards (NO American Express e Diners). If the applicable VAT (currently 10%) changes, the rates will be changed accordingly.

The "SANA" Wellness Centre:
The sauna and relaxation areas are an oasis of relaxation and quietness is therefore requested. Entry is forbidden for children and teenagers under the age of 14.
The indoor pool with Jacuzzi and relaxation area with panoramic view is open to everyone. For children until 14 years is the entry allowed until 6 p.m. and they have to be supervised by their parents.

Room number:
Unfortunately we can not confirm room number or floor at the point of booking, but we can only confirm the chosen room type.

Animals:
we are sorry but we can not accept animals.
