General conditions

Rooms:
in our rooms is smoking not allowed.

Arrival and departure:
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, and have to be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of late arrive (after 7.00 pm), please advise.

Dinner:
No reductions are granted for food not consumed.

Method of payment:
We accept cash (until Euro 4.999,00) and credit cards (NO American Express e Diners). If the applicable VAT (currently 10%) changes, the rates will be changed accordingly.

The "SANA" Wellness Centre:
The new in- and outdoor swimmingpool, as well as the new sauna and relaxation areas are an oasis of relaxation and quietness is therefore requested. The entry is  for children and teenagers under the age of 16 not allowed.
The indoor pool with Jacuzzi and relaxation area with panoramic view is open to everyone. 

Room number:
Unfortunately we can not confirm room number or floor at the point of booking, but we can only confirm the chosen room type.

Animals:
we are sorry but we can not accept animals.

SÜDTIROL ALTO ADIGE GUEST PASS:
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
