Included in the rate: the rate further includes: - parking space in our private car park - ski deposit in our ski room with separate lock per room - ski boot heater and dryer - use of our fitness room, TV room and reading room use of our new "SANA" wellness centre: indoor pool, waterfall, panoramic relaxation area, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, herbal steam bath, pine sauna, cold fog shower, relaxation room, water beds. Dinner: No reductions are granted for food not consumed. Confirmatory deposit: your booking is considered firm after the receipt of a deposit of 140 Euro per person and week. Cancellation of booking: only written cancellations are considered valid. For last-minute cancellations (up to one month prior to the date of arrival) we charge up to 80% of the entire period booked. The confirmatory deposit will not be refunded. We suggest to make an insurance about the cancellation of booking. Arrival and departure: The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, and have to be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of late arrival or early departure, or if booked beds are not used, we charge the entire period booked without food (dinner Euro 6.00, breakfast Euro 3.00). Method of payment: we accept cash or cheques. We do not accept bank cards or credit cards. If the applicable VAT (currently 10%) changes, the rates will be changed accordingly. Important information The new "SANA" wellness centre: The use of the sauna is permitted only without swim clothes, the sauna and relaxation areas are an oasis of relaxation and quietness is therefore requested. Entry is forbidden for children and teenagers under the age of 14. The indoor pool with Jacuzzi and relaxation area with panoramic view is open to everyone. Children have to be supervised by their parents. Accessories for the Wellness centre: the towels for use in the Wellness centre are available in your room. Bathrobes and slippers can be rented at a fee of 10.00 Euros. Mobile phones: Please do not use your mobile phone in the restaurant or in the Wellness centre. Internet point: In compliance with the new laws applicable for the use of an internet point, we are obliged to take a copy of your passport. Room number: Unfortunately we can not confirm room number or floor at the point of booking. We can only confirm the chosen room type. Services Our hotel is located in an ideal location only 10 metres from the Piz La Ila cable car station, which is directly connected to the Sella Round and of the ski-pass office, the school, and the ski/ski-boot hire. Only a few kilometres: ice skating, cross-country track, toboggan run, etc. |
